The onset of Covid19 has forced salespeople to rethink and humanize their business.
We go into detail about things that agents and salespeople should be doing during this time. One of the references that was made was about the book CrushIt by Gary Vaynerchuk and the one page chapter on marketing.
It was one page and had one word….Care.
This is a concept that unfortunately has taken a pandemic for salespeople to embrace, actually care about your clients and customers, don’t call looking for the next deal, call because you actually give a shit about them.
